In this lecture, Prof. Yong Qin reported the total synthesis of a series of indole alkaloids and diterpene alkaloids driven by innovative synthetic methods, as well as industrial total synthesis of complex natural medicines, like weight loss medicine Orlistat, anticoagulant Fondaparinux sodium and analgesic Oxycodone.
