Pharmaron presented this poster at the APS PharmSci Conference 2022 showcasing its formulation experience within drug product development. The poster shows data visualization of APIs and blends data for two of three attributes for USP <1062> Tablet Compression Characterization, namely:

  • Compactibility: ability of a powder to form a compact of specified strength when compressed -Tensile Strength vs Solid Fraction
  • Tabletability: tensile strength as a function of compaction pressure – Tensile Strength vs Compression Pressure
