High Content Imaging

Pharmaron’s automated micro-scope-based High Content Imaging Service (HCS, HCA, or HCI) and live cell imaging systems are utilized to study multiple features simultaneously in complex biology systems in single cells, 3D organoid models, or whole organisms.

In this poster, we provide examples of how we use the Operetta CLS and IncuCyte S3 live cell imaging system in a variety of phenotypic and functional assays.

We present a selection of applications for real-time and high-content imaging services, including:

  • Apoptosis
  • Target protein translocation
  • DNA damage detection
