Translational insights support the discovery of selective PARP1 inhibitors with low human dose prediction
This poster showcases the development of a PARP1 inhibitor through a collaboration between Pharmaron and NewBay Pharma. Utilizing integrated multi-disciplinary data, the project identified NB-0290, a potent, orally bioavailable, small molecule selective PARP1 inhibitor for treating BRCA1/2 mutated breast and ovarian cancers. We present translational insights through multi-disciplinary data integration to support the developability assessment of this inhibitor. This work illustrates how cross-discipline integration led to rapidly identifying a high-quality candidate positioned for pre-clinical development.
