Novel Syntheses of Pyrroles and Enantioenriched Morpholines with Improved Synthetic Efficiency
This poster presents advancements in synthesizing pyrroles and morpholines, important nitrogen-containing motifs in drug design. Our research introduces innovative methods that improve synthetic efficiency by reducing step counts and expanding scope, which is crucial for SAR exploration and scalability. We achieved high stereoselectivity in C3-substituted morpholines using chiral auxiliaries. These methodologies, validated on large-scale production, offer substantial improvements in yield and cost-effectiveness.
